The Landing has two available spaces for sports team rentals. Depending on the nature of your event there are specific guidelines. If the rental is for a one-time event, please use our general rental form. If you are seeking a space for holding regular practices or matches, please review the information and then fill out the form below.

General Policies

  • We are a family-friendly facility and will not tolerate:
    • Foul Language
    • Fighting
    • Intentional Harm
    • Unnecessary Roughhousing

Specific Policies

  • Copy of Liability Insurance listing Impact Christian Church as the additionally insured under the policy.
  • Signed waiver for each team member and coach.
  • Deposit of half of the total cost of rental prior to first rental date and remaining balance paid before last rental date. 

We will allow sports reservations to reserve past our three-month calendar to accommodate their season schedule. However, Impact Christian Church reserves the right to notify the renting organization of its need for the rented space at any time. The Landing will try to give no less than one week’s notice to the representative of the organization.

Rental Rates:

Turf – $60/hr.
Gymnasium – $75/hr.
Small Meeting Room – $20/hr.
Large Meeting Room – $40/hr.

Impact Christian Church
